Taking over the mantle of his father’s Chipot International Gallery in Grasse in the 70s, Jean-Marc Chipot moved in 2022 to the Cathar city of Minerve, halfway between Béziers and Carcassonne. The Chipot gallery, under the banner of The Owl Of Minerve (La Chouette de Minerve), exhibits more than 300 works by some 20 local or internationally recognized artists, both emerging and listed.
